Diversity pivotal to our success
Diversity and inclusion are among our most important future priorities. Preem is a large company that needs to reflect society and our customers. Being open to diversity and differences also makes us open to new ideas. We know that differences not only help us understand our employees, partners and customers, but also help us think and act in a more innovative manner as a company and employer.
Recently, Preem drew up a diversity strategy based on concerted efforts on the part of a diversity team comprising employees from across the organization. The strategy will support Preem in working even harder to think and act in a more innovative way, both as a company and as an employer. Preem has also established strategic goals, including the aim that half the company’s managers and office staff will be women by the year 2021.
